By accessing or using AeroVia websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, "AeroVia"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use AeroVia.

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during sign up. If you believe your account is compromised, contact us immediately at contact@aerovia.org.

3. Acceptable Use and Community Conduct

You may not misuse AeroVia. Do not post unlawful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful content, and do not attempt to interfere with the service or other users. You are responsible for content you submit, including forum posts, comments, and uploads.

4. Educational Content and Availability

AeroVia provides educational resources and tools. We aim for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Service features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features may require payment. Any purchases made through web checkout are governed by the applicable checkout and payment provider terms. If mobile in-app subscriptions are offered, those transactions are also governed by Apple App Store or Google Play terms for the relevant platform.

6. Intellectual Property

Our goal is open aerospace education. Unless otherwise noted on a specific page or asset, AeroVia educational content is free to use and is licensed under Creative Commons BY-SA 4.0.

Third-party content, credited assets (including certain 3D models), trademarks, logos, and any content marked with different license terms are excluded from this default license and remain subject to their original rights and attribution requirements.

AeroVia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroVia disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or community safety standards. You can request account deletion using the in-app delete flow or by following our account deletion policy.

Active AeroVia Plus members in good standing are eligible for a 10% discount on eligible merchandise in the AeroVia Shop. This discount:

Does not apply to shipping costs, taxes, or gift cards.
Is non-transferable and has no cash value.
